Donald J. Vaccaro
CEO
Don, the founder and President of Ticket Software LLC, is responsible for guiding the
tactical direction and business development of the company and for developing strategic
alliances. more »
Don has more than 27 years experience in the secondary
ticket market, including 10 years in industry-related software development. Don
currently serves as President and CEO of Metro Entertainment and its affiliate TicketsPlus.com, one of the largest ticket
brokerage firms in the United States. Prior to founding Metro Entertainment, Don
was President of TicketWorld of Springfield, Massachusetts from 1983 to 1988, a
company which he also founded.
Don is a founding member of the Connecticut Ticket Association (est. 1985) and he
later served as its President from 1989 to 1995. In addition, he founded the Massachusetts
Ticket Brokers Association and served as its first President.
Douglas J. Kruse
Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
Douglas, chief technology officer for Ticket Software LLC, leads all product development,
management, engineering, and customer support efforts for the Company. more »
He has over 12 years experience as a software
developer, project manager and consultant, with an extensive background in implementing
large-scale, enterprise-level technology solutions for a variety of industries,
including bio-technology instrumentation, retail, intellectual property management
and the secondary ticket market.
Prior to joining Ticket Software, Douglas was Senior Project Manager at Tallán,
an international software consulting firm. Between 1998 and 2000, he designed, developed,
implemented and managed several high-profile, multi-million dollar projects for
Tallán including data warehouse/marts, web-based intranet/extranets and windows-based
projects.
Douglas attended Colorado State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Computer Information Systems. He is a USAF veteran.
Nicholas Tarquin Eve
Vice President - TicketNetwork Direct
Nick, responsible for managing the design and development of new products for TicketNetwork Direct

As the Technical Architect of Ask Jeeves' web services
division, he designed custom web solutions for Fortune 500 clients. In addition,
he worked with their engineering group on the design and implementation of innovative
key product features.
After leaving Ask Jeeves, Nick recorded several albums
and cofounded the Hitchcock and Eve Art Gallery.
Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Thought and Literature from Stanford
University and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from University of California - Hastings College
of the Law.
Jeffrey D. Scheman
Vice President - Business Development and Operations
Jeff is responsible for the sales, marketing and customer service functions within TicketNetwork.

Prior to joining TicketNetwork, Jeff was the executive
vice president at My Corporation Business Services LLC, an online business services
company. Prior to My Corporation, Jeff spent 7 years at Staples, Inc.
Jeff got his start in the ticket business at the age of 13 when he manned the ticket
booth for the New York Clippers, a men's professional slow pitch softball team.
The team managed to last one season before folding. The highlight of that season
was a trip to Detroit to play the Detroit Ceasar's, a team owned by Mike Ilitch
who owns Little Ceasar's Pizza. The Detroit team featured Al Kaline and Norm Cash
and outdrew the Detroit Tigers, a franchise that Ilitch subsequently purchased along
with the Detroit Red Wings.
Jeff has a J.D. in Law from Harvard University and a B.S. in finance from the University
of Virginia.
Yaping Xu
Vice President - Finance
Yaping, financial analyst for the TicketNetwork Direct product line, is the primary
liaison for the Company's inventory suppliers. He is also charged with developing and
maintaining a variety of financial models which the performance of a wide assortment

Prior to joining Ticket Software Yaping worked
as a Finance Associate at Fisher Scientific International Inc., where he was involved
in financial analysis to aid in business forecasting and planning; he also evaluated
investment proposals from subsidiaries based on DCF, IRR, and NPV analyses; and
Yaping was instrumental in developing and implementing initiatives to reduce working
capital as a percentage of revenue, as well as to minimize outdated and excess inventory
through inventory balancing.
Yaping Received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Equipment and Machinery
from Shandong University of Technology, a Master of Science degree in Chemistry
from Northwestern University, and MBA from Columbia Business School.
Operations
Matt Moran
Associate Vice President - Point-of-Sale
Matt, Customer Service Manager for TicketNetwork Direct, is responsible for all aspects
of customer service encompassed by the program. His team manages customer inquires from
ticket buying customers and ticket broker customers. more »
Before joining the TicketNetwork team Matt owned
two businesses and has a strong background in direct sales and marketing.
Matt graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut with a Bachelor
of Arts in American Studies which inclucded independent studies in American History
and American Literature.
Grey Freeman
Senior Project Manager
Grey is responsible for defining and managing the development of new products for TicketNetworkmore »
Prior to joining TicketNetwork, Grey held positions
at Gartner, Inc. as V.P. of IS, Research Director for the company's Higher Education
offering and, most recently, a V.P. in IT Applications Development. Prior to Gartner,
he was the Director of the Computer Center at Yale University.
Grey earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electrical Engineering from
Yale University.
Molly A. Martinez
Marketing Program Manager
Molly heads the marketing and branding initiatives for TicketNetwork, conducting tasks
such as overseeing market research, developing promotional materials on the different
products and programs, and working jointly with the Public Relations team. more »
Prior to joining TicketNetwork, Molly worked
for SmartRevenue Marketing Research Company, conducting research for clients such
as Lowe’s and Schering-Plough. She also conducted program evaluation assessments
for ESPN, Inc. In addition to marketing, Molly also worked for several years as
an English teacher and translator (English/Spanish) in underserved populations.
Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and English from the University
of Puerto Rico, and her Master of Arts (M.A.) and Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.)
in Sociology from Yale University. She will soon be completing her Ph.D. in Sociology,
also from Yale University, in 2008.
Steve Kobelski
Associate Vice President - Special Projects
Steve develops and manages new business programs, including the Better Ticketing Association
and the TicketNetwork Suites and Seats program. more »
Prior to joining TicketNetwork, Steve was a
Product Manager at InfoSpace where he led new software development for their mobile
games division. After leaving InfoSpace, Steve worked on e-business strategy for
Wells Fargo's wholesale banking division in San Francisco.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Government from Connecticut
College and his M.B.A. from Yale University.
Vasyl Pshyk
Financial Analyst and Account Manager
Vasyl manages several of the Company's on-line accounts and is also responsible for
financial modeling and analysis of various projects as well as reporting of financial

Prior to joining TicketNetwork, Vasyl was a financial
analyst at Deloitte & Touche, where he worked as part of assurance team performing
audit and analysis of financial statements of companies in different industries.
Vasyl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Taras Shevchenko University in
Kiev, and a Master's Degree in Economics from Yale University.
Seth Olson
Creative Director
Seth leads the Graphic Design division of TicketNetwork, and is responsible for designing
graphics for various web and print publications throughout the Ticket Network. more »
As an Art Director, Graphic/Web Designer, Photographer
and Marketing Consultant for many Mainstream and Independent Record Labels in Nashville
TN, Seth brings with him over 7 years of professional design experience to TicketNetwork.
Some of his clients include Sony Music, Elektra Records, Virgin Records, Zomba Music
Group, and Provident Music Group. Seth has designed CD packages, Websites, Posters,
and Magazine ads for Grammy Award winning artists. His work has been seen in many
leading retail outlets.
Prior to joining TicketNetwork, Seth worked in the book publishing industry as Senior
Designer for the U.M. Publishing House in Nashville Tennessee. He was in charge
of designing publications directed towards the Teen and Pre Teen demographic.

Jeffrey L. Miner
VP of Application Development
Jeff is lead developer on the TicketNetwork Direct system and co-designer and developer

Jeff is an experienced systems analyst, software
developer and consultant, with extensive background in implementing large-scale,
enterprise-level software solutions for a variety of industries, including retail,
intellectual property management, defense contracting and the secondary ticket market.
Prior to joining TicketNetwork, Jeffrey was a Senior Consultant at Tallán, an international
software consulting firm. Between 1999 and 2001, Jeffrey designed, developed, and
implemented multiple high-profile multi-million dollar projects for Tallán, including
data warehouse/mart, web-based intranet/extranet and windows-based projects.
Jeffrey attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and holds Bachelor of Science
degrees in both Mathematics and Psychology.
Zhenye "Zak" Mei
Database Administrator
Zak leads product development and management of the TicketBoard, TicketBoard Pro and

Michael A. Duncan
Senior Software Engineer
Mike has worked in the computer industry for a number of years in several positions including

of large-scale J2EE and Microsoft .NET projects and the associated build and test
frameworks.
Mike adds his experience in system architecture and object oriented design patterns
to Ticket Software LLC as a member of the design and coding team.
Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from the University
of Connecticut.
Satyendra Sharma
Software Engineer / Quality Assurance Manager
Satyendra is in charge of Quality Assurance for all of Ticket Software's commercial

consultant for several major technology corporations in the US.
He earned a Bachelors of Science in Physics, Math and Chemistry from the University
of Jodhpur, an MS in Physics from the India Institute of Technology (IIT), and a
PH.D. in Physics from the University of Pune.

consulting experience.
Troy is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts (UMASS) with a Bachelors of

Jonah Wallerstein
Senior Software Engineer
Jonah works on product development for the TicketNetwork family of private labeled websites
we support. He is currently working on expanding the customization options brokers have

at a small technology company in Boston named TechnoFrolics where he worked on designing
products to be used in museum exhibits.

Greg Thompson

Greg is currently working on designing and creating software to integrate our Point
of Sale with the popular financial program Quick Books. He also oversees maintenance
and updates to our online set of tools for internal and external sales reporting and

Analyst doing account management, internal support staff training, and software
quality assurance at Hewitt Associates LLC.
Greg earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics
from Fairfield University in Fairfield Connecticut in 2002 and Master's degree in
Pure Mathematics from the University of California Los Angeles in 2004.

Gene has over 15 years experience as a systems
designer, programmer and project manager working on projects in the biomedical,
insurance and regulatory compliance fields. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional
for MS Sql Server.
Gene is the IT Director for Adoption Resource Center of Connecticut, a non-profit
advocacy group offering pre and post adoption services to adoptive families.
Jim O'Brien

Jim is responsible for post sales activities for all TicketNetwork products. Jim and
his team of support engineers install, train and support our customers, the people that

Jim, a 25 year veteran of the technology industry,
has delivered business solutions to a broad group of industries, including insurance,
utilities, communications, construction, real estate, manufacturing and retail.
Before joining TicketNetwork, Jim lead consulting efforts for Comshare, Inc, delivering
to customers web enabled financial and budgeting software. Jim also served as Director
of Professional Services for Metaserver, a middleware server product that links
legacy systems to the web. Jim also owned and operated a consulting firm, which
for 15 years specialized in customer relationship management and sales force automation.
Bryan Szwarckop

Bryan is responsible for the configuration and implementation of all POS sales along

Bryan is a 12 year veteran information technology
professional with extensive experience applying current technology to business solutions.
He is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator MCSA, with CompTIA's A+ and Network
+ certification.
Before joining Ticketnetwork Bryan has held technical positions at MassMutual Insurance
where he help standardize their enterprise system to Windows 2000. At Westvaco he
developed and supported Cobol applications with their Order processing System. Currently
Bryan has his own business repairing and configuring personal computers at their
home.

Argent, Jay focused on the distribution of Argent's suite of System Management Software
across the U.S. and Canada.
