What People Are Talking About

This week, the NFL season has started, Jon Stewart is back from his hiatus, and Bill Nye the Science Guy is relevant again (I know, right?).

Puppies Predict NFL Winner

As of last night, NFL football is back! With puppies! On "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon," Jimmy conducted a highly scientific study in order to determine who the winner of last night's game — Broncos vs. Ravens — would be. They chose the Denver Broncos! Kanye West Plots First Major Solo Tour in Five Years

Kanye West tickets

Kanue West has been so prominent in the music industry that it just doesn't seem like five years since his last major solo tour, does it? But that is, in fact, the case with the upcoming Yeezus Tour. The outing, which will visit more than 20 cities, will feature Kendrick Lamar as the opening act for most dates, with other guests for the remaining dates to be announced. It begins on October 19 at KeyArena in Seattle, WA, and end on December 7 at Toyota Center in Houston, TX.

Aside from a couple one-off performances earlier this year and five dates in July and December of last year, and a couple other one-offs and festival appearances, most of West's touring activities have been as part of double-headliners. He toured with Jay-Z in 2011 and 2012, and was to be part of an ultimately cancelled double-headliner with Lady Gaga in 2009 and 2010.
