As many of you know who live in the Northeast, Connecticut and our TicketNetwork headquarters were hit hard by a snow storm that dropped more than twelve inches of snow, which basically brought the state to a complete halt. Virtually all of Connecticut was left without power for a significant portion of last week, including our building, which was without power for all of last week.
Due to lack of power, we were unable to post anything on our blog last week. But don't fret! We will have a lot of great stuff going up this week including our NFL Game Power Rankings for Week 10 and a holiday events guide. So stay tuned and thanks for visiting!
A you may have heard or read, especially if you live in Connecticut, our company is in the process of moving. The TicketNetwork.com team moved over to the new building this week, and to say that everything is much bigger would be an understatement. To give you an idea, check out the pictures below.

Let’s face it: Trying to navigate a full version of a website on a teeny tiny mobile screen can be more frustrating than [enter very frustrating thing here]. If you’re a hardcore fan who can’t wait until you’re in front of a computer to buy tickets, then you’re in luck because TicketNetwork.com has gone mobile!
On June 2, we released our brand-new snazzy mobile ticketing site that makes it easy to find and purchase tickets on the go. We tried to simplify the process by giving you the tools you need while removing the things you don't. How did we do? Check it out by visiting http://www.ticketnetwork.com from your iPhone, Android or other mobile device, then let us know what you think by posting a comment here.
Smart Searching
The mobile site has been streamlined to allow for quicker load times, which means your searches will be fast and efficient. Search for an artist, stadium, city, team, date (or maybe a little of everything) and we'll find exactly what you’re looking for (if it exists, that is!). If too many results are overwhelming, take advantage of our location filter to narrow things down.
One-Touch Calling
Sometimes, you just need to talk to an actual human being before placing an order. Coincidentally, we have a whole team of helpful customer service professionals who are more than happy to assist. The mobile site gives you the option to easily reach us by phone using the one-touch calling feature available on every page of the mobile site.
Continually Evolving
The mobile site is designed to provide a great customer experience for mobile users, so it will be continuously evolving as mobile device technology changes. We’ll be requesting feedback from mobile customers and incorporating those responses into future versions of the site. So, if you love it, hate it, or just want to see something that’s not there, speak up!
Other Mobile Features
- Simplified checkout
(We know that typing on those little screens is frustrating.)
- Easy access to full version of site
(Some people just want it all, and that’s ok.)
- Seating charts
(We think it’s pretty important to know where you’ll be sitting.)
So what do you think of the new site? Let us know in the comments, so we can make it even better!
