Last Monday, we began a new contest giving away FREE concert tickets to the person who could best answer the questions:

Who do you want to see in concert and why do you NEED to see them?

In addition to the free tickets, we will also add $100 to the prize if we receive 100 entries. We are way short of our goal and we need your help! If you have already entered, tell people about it on Facebook and Twitter, and also tell your friends and family. If you haven't entered... what are you waiting for?!? We are giving away free tickets! You know you want them, you know you need them, now just tell us why!

Enter to Win 2 Free Concert Tickets to a concert of your choice by answering the question: What concert do you want to see and why do you NEED to be there?

If I said you could potentially win free concert tickets, would you be interested? What if I asked you why you need to be at a certain concert, what would you say?

Well, here is your chance to answer both of those questions with the newest TN Team Blog contest!

How it works

In 100 words or less, tell us in the comments section of this blog post who you want to see in concert and why you absolutely, positively, no-way-around-it, NEED to be there in person. Your submission can be funny, it can be heartfelt, it can just be a story on why you are the artist or group's biggest fan…it doesn't matter, you decide! What matters most is that you are creative.

The contest will run for two weeks, from today, August 8, through Sunday, August 21. The winner will be chosen at the end of the contest by our crack team at the TN Team Blog. The winner will receive two tickets to the concert of their choice, which carry a maximum value on TicketNetwork.com of $400, and will be notified via the e-mail address that was used as part of the submission.

We got so many great entries for our Twitter pic contest this week! I had the team vote on all of the entries, and the race was so close that I decided to give out gift card prizes for the top three pictures: $100 for first place, $50 for second place, and $25 for third place.
