Whenever an SNL alum comes back to host the show, it’s pretty much a guaranteed good episode. When Kristen Wiig comes back to host SNL, the world collectively breathes a sigh of relief because SNL feels complete again. Or something like that! The point is, Kristen hosted Saturday’s show and the consensus seems to be that she did pretty great. In case you missed it, here are a few of her best skits from Saturday’s show.

The Californians

The accents in this skit are amazing, but the fact that Kristen, Fred, and Bill keep almost-breaking makes it even better. Also, Maya Rudolph, Kristen’s co-star in the films "Bridesmaids" and "Friends With Kids," makes an appearance!

This week, Ellen DeGeneres meets Ellen DeGeneres, Beyonce kicks off her tour, and the cutest birthday gift ever is something we can’t even try to top.

Ellen DeGeneres (times two!)

Ellen DeGeneres is widely adored, especially because she's so funny, seems down-to-earth, and can take a joke. While many celebrities might get offended by impersonations done by the cast of SNL, Ellen not only invited Kate McKinnon onto the show, but encouraged Kate to do her impersonation while the two were together. Ellen even gave Kate a matching outfit to really complete the gag. The result was pretty hilarious, as seen in the video (above). Kate takes on Ellen's dance moves and even kind of sounds like her, if a bit exaggerated. I loved every second of it.

In case you didn't know this, Justin Timberlake is kind of a big deal right now, especially with his latest tour announcement, his single "Suit and Tie," and his recent hosting-and-performing gig on SNL. (It was his fifth time on the show, by the way.) Since we're trying to keep everything PG-rated, that eliminates some of the SNL material, but here are some highlights from Saturday's show.

Five Timers Monologue

Justin's monologue includes some former SNL members and a handful of other random celebrities, including Paul Simon, Steve Martin, Dan Aykroyd, Chevy Chase, Martin Short, Candace Bergen, Tom Hanks, and Alec Baldwin. How's that for star power?
