Blizzard warnings for Winter Storm Juno

A blizzard is forecast to hit the Northeastern area of the United States from late Monday to Wednesday. Lots of snow and high winds will make driving very difficult at times on those days. With that in mind, some bands and teams have begun postponing their events.

This list below lists events that have been postponed or cancelled. Keep in mind that the list is by no means an exhaustive list. If you are planning to attend any kind of event in the Northeast on late Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, please check the website for the event, other outreach sources like Twitter and Facebook, and local media for additional news.

On Broadway, Aladdin and The Lion King are CANCELLED for Tuesday, according to the Broadway league's website. You can see other theater updates below.

Stevie Wonder, NBA Among Highlighted Onsales This Week

What events have onsales this week? See below for a selection of them. Click the images for more information.

Stevie WonderThe soul singer-songwriter is getting ready for his "Songs in the Key of Life Performance" tour. It begins November 6 and runs until December 5. After having initial onsales earlier this week, tickets for four more Stevie Wonder shows are up for grabs next Monday. The cities include D.C., Atlanta, Vegas, and Oakland.

NBAThe NBA is one of those sports that you never feel like you leave for long, given its championship games are in early to mid-June. This year was no different, and that feeling of basketball all year was only extended as LeBron James announced his return to Cleveland. The league has its initial onsales next week, with dozens of games between the Hawks, Bulls, Grizzlies, Bucks, Knicks, Thunder, Magic, and Spurs.

In case you've been out of the Broadway loop lately, here's what you may have missed:

Cinderella's New Stars

Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella will make history this fall when it casts the first black Cinderella on Broadway. Actress, singer, and talk show host Keke Palmer will replace the show's current lead, Paige Faure. Palmer has started in films such as "Akeelah and the Bee" and "CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story." Palmer will be joined by Sherri Shepherd; both assume their roles on Sept. 9.

There are several big onsales this coming week, including some major concert tours as well some theater shows.

First up, Garth Brooks has his Atlanta, GA, show going on sale Friday. This will be one to keep a keen eye on as Brooks might release more dates in the city throughout the day as he did for Chicago. We'll also be keeping watch, and if any more go on sale, we'll get them up as quickly as possible.

Then, on Saturday, Aussie pop punk band 5 Seconds of Summer has its first major tour on sale. Following its guest spot with One Direction, the freshman band will begin its tour with a few dates in November. It will then pick things back up in May in Europe and Australia, before heading back stateside next July.

Other acts with tickets up for grabs in the coming days include Ray LaMontagne, Chicago, and The Fresh Beat Band.

In theater, Phantom of the Opera has 16 shows onsale for Atlanta, GA, on Sunday. Following it on Monday are eight more shows for the NYC production of Aladdin and on Tuesday eight shows for the Ringling Bros. circus in Pittsburgh, PA.

Finally, in sports, the Cleveland Browns have 10 games on sale this coming Tuesday.

Next Thursday, Phish has the first five onsales for dates on its upcoming fall tour. Two of the sales are for Santa Barbara, CA, and three are for San Francisco, CA. There are also onsales for the band on Friday and Saturday of next week.

Other concert events with onsales coming up include Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean on Friday. And the onsale date for Garth Brooks' Atlanta stop is Friday, August 8.

There are also several onsales in theater, including Kinky Boots, which has 48 shows on sale for the production in Los Angeles, CA, this Friday. There are also 8 shows for San Diego, CA, onsale Sunday, as well as one for Portland, OR. Additionally, Aladdin has eight shows on sale Monday for New York, The Book of Mormon has a show in Syrcause, NY, on sale Tuesday, and Billy Elliot has eight shows on sale for Raleigh, NC, next Thursday.
