Justin Bieber's Deposition

Earlier this week, a video of Justin Bieber's recent deposition surfaced. And yes: Justin Bieber acts exactly the way you'd expect him to act. But let's put that aside and instead just enjoy this video for what it is: hilarious. Justin Bieber is 100% trolling in this video and he gets the lawyer who's dealing with him so, so, so mad, and it's pretty funny (if you're not too busy being infuriated by his attitude and smugness — a logical feeling). Some of my favorite moments: the quiet "I object"; when he calls the lawyer interviewing him "Katie Couric"; when he winks directly at the camera; and when he says he was "detrimental" (instead of "instrumental") to his career.

Hoverboard: The Future Is Now... Maybe?

Earlier this week, a video simply entitled "Belief" surfaced from a company called HUVrTech. It starred pro skater Tony Hawk and actor Christopher Lloyd, who played Dr. Emmett Brown in "Back to the Future," a film that helped make the concept of hoverboards popular. In the video, Lloyd says that technology for hoverboards is real — AND HERE. Other celebrities made appearances as well, giving their testimonials about how amazing the hoverboards were. Spoiler alert: this is just a joke video made by Funny or Die, guys. Maybe someday!

Godzilla

You probably didn't know you wanted a "Godzilla" remake, yet here it is. Starring Bryan Cranston. The last time a reboot for this film was attempted was in 1998, starring Matthew Broderick (who was almost Walter White). I can't speak for the 1998 version, but again I will reiterate this version stars Bryan Cranston, who made you believe he was the clueless and goofy Hal on "Malcolm in the Middle" and then ALSO made you believe he was a meth-dealing chemistry teacher in "Breaking Bad." Just saying.

The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon

On Monday, Jimmy Fallon made his debut as host of "The Tonight Show" — and it seems to have gone without a hitch. He brought some of his most successful skits from "Late Night" to "The Tonight Show," including: "Ew!" where Fallon plays a young tween who finds everything gross (this week's version featured Will Ferrell and Michelle Obama); a video chronicling the evolution of dance, this time in hip hop; and an already-viral video of news anchor Brian Williams rapping to "Rapper's Delight." There's even an app so viewers can keep up with the show! All in all, it's been a pretty great week for "The Tonight Show" host. Congrats, Jimmy Fallon!

The Olympics

The Sochi Olympics have been a big topic of discussion this last week. Currently, the US team is (spoiler alert) in third place with 12 medals earned, surpassed only by the Netherlands in second place (also with 12 medals) and Norway, in first place with 13 medals. There's been chatter about everything regarding the games, from the questionable accommodations in Russia to the surprisingly warm temperatures to NBC's Bob Costas, who suffered such a severe eye infection in both his eyes that he had to be pulled from coverage (poor guy!). And, of course, it wouldn't be a pop culture event worth talking about without a parody video. Above, the Olympics meet "Star Wars."
