NFL Game Power Rankings - Week 4

Last week's games did not lack drama and surprises. The Patriots looked like they were in for another blowout win, up 21-0 in the second quarter against the Bills with Tom Brady ready to break more passing records. But the Bills quickly turned it around to win 34-31 while picking off Brady four times. Similarly, the Lions were down 20-0 to the Vikings at halftime and roared back (pun intended) to win 26-23 in overtime. Other games including the Colts-Steelers, Saints-Texans and Cowboys-Redskins all came down to the end as well.

NFL fans hope for similar excitement in Week 4, and there are plenty of games that may just fit that bill, including the Packers, who are part of the top ranked game for the second straight week. Here are the Week 4 NFL Game Power Rankings:

1. Green Bay Packers vs. Denver Broncos

Average Ticket Price: $238.31

The Packers enter their second home game of the season undefeated and the Broncos don't pose much of a threat to change that.

2. Houston Texans vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Average Ticket Price: $193.91

The Texans suffered a disappointing loss last week against the Saints and things won't be any easier when the Steelers visit Houston this weekend. Texans fans are clearly hoping their team bounces back, as this game accounts for nearly 20% more orders than the next highest game.

3. Baltimore Ravens vs. New York Jets

Average Ticket Price: $184.97

Points are going to be at a premium in this match-up of great defenses. Of course, because NFL teams seem to do the opposite of what everyone expects, this will probably be a high-scoring game.

4. Chicago Bears vs. Carolina Panthers

Average Ticket Price: $178.28

The Bears looked great in Week 1 but have looked more mediocre in the weeks since, thanks in part to an offensive line that has given up a league-worst 14 sacks. Luckily for them, the Panthers have struggled to get to the quarterback this season, only recording 5 sacks.

5. Philadelphia Eagles vs. San Francisco 49ers

Average Ticket Price: $154.44

The Eagles have not gotten off to the start they had hoped this season, with LB Jamar Chaney (I didn't know who he was either) comparing the team to the Miami Heat. Hopefully for Eagles fans, their team's season doesn't end the way the Heat's did.

6. Dallas Cowboys vs. Detroit Lions

Average Ticket Price: $112.43

Both the Lions and Cowboys narrowly escaped last week's games with wins. The Lions are beginning to look like real contenders in the NFC, and if the Cowboys want to prove they are among the elite in the league, a victory over the undefeated Lions will go a long way.

7. San Diego Chargers vs. Miami Dolphins

Average Ticket Price: $102.08

The Dolphins are now 0-3 and head coach Tony Sparano finds himself clinging to his job; things aren't looking bright for the 'Fins this week as they visit the Chargers in San Diego.

8. Oakland Raiders vs. New England Patriots

Average Ticket Price: $97.17

Tom Brady is coming off a game where he threw as many interceptions as he did all of last season and will try to rebound against the Raiders and their 28th ranked passing defense. The Raiders are coming off a big win against the Jets thanks to a 171-yard rushing performance from Darren McFadden.

9. Jacksonville Jaguars vs. New Orleans Saints

Average Ticket Price: $89.12

The Jaguars have not looked good this season and based on the fact that every almost home game they have gets blacked-out by the NFL for poor attendance, Jaguars fans don't really want to look at them anyway.

10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Indianapolis Colts

Average Ticket Price: $89.00

For years people would say, "The Colts would be terrible without Peyton Manning!" Little did they know how right they were. Desperate for help at quarterback, the team signed Dan Orlovsky this week, who is most famous for unknowingly running out of the back of the end zone in 2008.

11. Seattle Seahawks vs. Atlanta Falcons

Average Ticket Price: $85.86

The Falcons are the early season nominee for the most disappointing team in the league thanks to a 1-2 start to the season. This game may be their chance to show how good they really are as the Seahawks have averaged only 10 points per game this season.

12. Arizona Cardinals vs. New York Giants

Average Ticket Price: $82.94

The Giants have had to deal with a lot of injuries this season, but they have had a better-than-expected start. They are riding high after beating the rival Philadelphia Eagles last week and will have to take out another bird this week against the Cardinals.

13. Kansas City Chiefs vs. Minnesota Vikings

Average Ticket Price: $73.29

Ugly. That's the best way to describe the beginning of the season for both of these franchises. Something has to give this week, because at least one of the teams will walk away with their first victory of the year. Unless, of course, the game ends in a tie.

14. Cincinnati Bengals vs. Buffalo Bills

Average Ticket Price: $67.40

There is a reason for Bills fans to be excited this year, but Bengals fans don't seem to be impressed. What Bengals fans are thrilled about is the play of rookies Andy Dalton and A.J. Green, who looked like they may be cornerstone players for the franchise in the years to come.

15. St. Louis Rams vs. Washington Redskins

Average Ticket Price: $66.58

Poor, poor Rams. They were expected to take a big step forward this year but have had to deal with injury after injury. The Rams need a win this week against the Redskins or face the very real prospects of starting 0-5 because their next game will be against the defending champion Green Bay Packers.

16. Cleveland Browns vs. Tennessee Titans

Average Ticket Price: $65.33

I would expect this game to be higher, but I guess Browns fans are not that excited to see the Titans come to town. Although both teams are 2-1, neither will probably finish close to the playoffs.
