Ah, January. With the holidays over, it's back to reality. All the shopping is over, but there are probably lines of people returning clothes that don't fit. There is no more reveling, but probably plenty of clean-up in the aftermath of it. It's 2012, people (or will be when most of you read this)! This ought to be a great year, assuming the world isn't destroyed on December 21. We made it through the last two apocalypses, though, so we're probably okay.

December is a long ways away, though. Let's talk about January. The celebration of Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday is on the 16th. It's also National Blood Donor Month, and the second week of January is Letter Writing Week. Much is happening in live entertainment as well, so let's take a look.
