If there is a theme to this week, it can be summed up in two words: Miley. Cyrus. That's because the "Wrecking Ball" singer will be a participant in eight of the upcoming Jingle Ball concerts sponsored by local radio stations that will run throughout the month of December. It's not surprising. Miley is definitely a hot item right now, so every big event wants her, and I'm sure she's not complaining. Most of the Jingle Ball events will go on sale Saturday. I included a few of the biggest ones above, but there are many others.

Additionally, rock band Panic! at the Disco has a new tour with tickets up for grabs. Tickets for 18 of the band's "Too Weird to Live, Too Rare To Die Tour" shows go on sale Friday. Other artists and bands with tickets on sale include Kanye West, George Strait, and Imagine Dragons.

There's not too much going on in sports, but the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament will have initial onsales this Saturday. This includes tickets for the first, second, and third rounds. Baseball playoff tickets also continue to go on sale.

Finally, comedy duo Cheech & Chong are back this holiday season for a few shows. Those tickets go on sale Friday.
