Jersey Boys Movie Brings Broadway Show to Silver Screen

Like many Broadway greats before it, including Hairspray, Rent, and The Phantom of the Opera, the Tony-winning show Jersey Boys gets its own film adaptation. The movie, an adaptation by Clint Eastwood, follows the same basic premise of the show, chronicling the early-rock group the Four Seasons and their rise to fame.

The film stars John Lloyd Young, who won a Tony award for his role as Frankie Valli in the Broadway version, as well as Erich Bergen, Michael Lomenda and Vincent Piazza as the Four Seasons. Christopher Walkenwill play a mobster.
