This May is marked by prolific events in concerts and sports. Dave Matthews launches its 2014 summer tour; Gaga trades the Roseland Ballroom for artRave; and a handful of festivals kick off May 1. In sports, Floyd Mayweather faces off against Marcos Maidana in Vegas, while various playoffs (including hockey and basketball) continue.

It's a quiet month for Broadway, but touring shows, such as Wicked and The Book of Mormon are going strong. Plus, a new Cirque show debuts and Queen-inspired musical heads to the states.
