TicketNetwork offers comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance for eligible employees. Additional benefits are available at no cost to our employees including Flexible Spending Account, Tuition Reimbursement Program, and 401K Retirement Saving Plan, etc.
Medical and Dental Insurance
TicketNetwork offers three different plan options to its employees from ConnectiCare. Eligible employees can select from two HMO plans and one POS plan, and pick one that best fits their personal need. A flexible dental plan from Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield across the nation is offered to our employees. Employees can get a cleaning service twice a year for free as well as other dental services.
Life Insurance
TicketNetwork offers basic life and AD&D insurance. Employees may purchase supplemental life for themselves or their spouse/dependents.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) provide our employees the opportunity to contribute pre-tax dollars to their health and/or dependant care spending accounts. A Benny card serving as a debit card is issued to each participant to make their savings easy!
401K Investments Saving Plan
TicketNetwork offers a 401K Retirement Savings Plan that allows eligible employees to contribute both pre-tax and after-tax dollars toward their retirement. Although there is no employer match, the plan provides plenty of investment choices to our participants within their Charles Schwab accounts.
Tuition Reimbursement Program
TicketNetwork encourages employees to increase their effectiveness and further their professionalism through training and education. Our TRP program provides financial assistance for the cost of advanced education, training classes and certification exams based upon approved applications.
Vacation/Holidays
Work-life balance is very important at TicketNetwork. We offer our employees flexible work hours and telecommunication. There are 6 paid holidays throughout the year with available paid sick days and personal days.
