Most orders are accepted immediately, but some may take a little more time. Please wait until you receive your order confirmation before sending a Gift Note.
If you bought tickets as a gift for a special occasion but don’t receive the tickets in time to officially “gift” them, you can print a gift note instead! Sellers can’t deliver tickets to customers (like you!) until the issuing venue or promoter has printed and shipped those tickets. This means that you may occasionally buy tickets that aren’t ready to be delivered and gift-wrapped in time for that special someone on their special day. A gift note lets your gift recipient know about their coming gift in a colorful and thoughtful way.
Because the tickets listed for sale on our site are provided and shipped by sellers located across the country, we aren't able to insert a personal note in your ticket package. However, we do offer gift notes that you can present to the gift recipient. Click either of the gift notes shown above to download!
The sellers who list tickets on our website will do their very best to deliver your tickets as soon as they can. Many sellers will display expected ship dates on their ticket listings to give you an idea of when the tickets may be sent out for delivery. You can always contact the seller for further shipment updates.
If your tickets are a gift and won't be delivered in time for the special occasion, just let us know! We can make a gift note that you can present to the recipient while you wait for the actual tickets to be delivered.
Not at all! You can buy tickets for someone else and then give the tickets as a gift, provided the tickets are delivered to you before the event. The actual name on the ticket doesn't matter, nor does the identity of the purchaser - all that matters is the bar code on the tickets.
The only issue that would impact someone else's ability to use your tickets would be if you purchased tickets for "Will Call" or "Local Pickup" delivery, since these methods often require you to show a form of ID and the card used for payment in order to pick up the tickets (usually on the day of the event). For more details about these delivery methods, see the "Delivery" section below.
Unfortunately, no. All sales are final through our site due to the fact that tickets are time-sensitive items and can only be used up to a certain date. Returning tickets is also difficult because the price of tickets on the open market rises and falls with regularity. This means that your seller may not be able to buy back and resell your tickets at the same price which you paid for them.
If, however, you find that you can't use your tickets due to extenuating circumstances, please email us at CustomerService@ticketnetwork.com, and we’ll see if we might be able to help you resell your tickets.

Unfortunately, no. We do not currently offer gift cards for purchase on our site.
The tickets you purchased cannot be customized or altered from their original state because venues strictly enforce rules prohibiting ticket alterations. This means that the name and the price displayed on the tickets you receive cannot be changed.
Please note that the name on your tickets will be the name of the person who originally bought the tickets (to sell to you!), and the price on the tickets is the amount they originally paid - neither of which will impact your ability to use the tickets and attend the event.
We cannot guarantee that any tickets sold through our marketplace will be e-tickets or hard tickets (i.e., traditional tickets printed on cardstock) unless that fact is explicitly promised by the seller on the ticket listing.
Please note that some sellers choose to print and ship e-tickets via courier service (like FedEx) so they can track delivery; just because a listing isn't marked with "e-ticket" delivery doesn't mean that the tickets will be "hard" tickets. Please note, too, that e-tickets are just as valid for event entry as any other ticket type and that we guarantee all of the tickets sold on our marketplace.
Yes! You can indicate a specific shipping address on your ticket order. Just uncheck the "Use billing address as my shipping address" checkbox during checkout. Extra fields will appear on the checkout form, where you can enter a separate shipping address for your order.
There are times when a seller may not be able to accommodate your request and/or will require additional information from you to ship the tickets. This is usually to protect against fraud, or to provide extra security for high-value orders. As a result, your ticket seller may ask for additional documentation to confirm that you wish to use a different shipping address for your order.
Many ticket sellers would be concerned about delivering tickets via Will Call or Local Pickup when the intended recipient of the tickets is different from the initial buyer. A seller would leave tickets at Will Call under the name of the purchaser of the tickets - and, similarly, they would only deliver tickets via Local Pickup to the person who purchased the tickets.
This rule is usually in place to help protect against fraud and ensure the security of your order, so we can't guarantee that your ticket seller will be able to deliver your tickets via Will Call or Local Pickup to anyone but you.
You can contact the seller separately if you want to arrange for someone else to pick up your tickets. The seller would be able to inform you if they allow such exceptions and what they would require from you to make it happen.
The tickets listed for sale on our marketplace are owned by hundreds of different ticket sellers with different shipment abilities. We can't promise that a given seller will be able to arrange shipment so that your tickets arrive on or near a certain date. However, you can contact the seller to see if they'd be able to accommodate any special requests for shipment. The seller's contact information will be included on your order receipt.
