About NASCAR Tickets

The sport of auto racing developed very shortly after the invention of the automobile itself. In the United States, NASCAR is the most watched auto racing sport. NASCAR which is short for the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, has a long tradition in the U.S. that dates back more than a half a century. The very first NASCAR race was held on Feb. 15, 1948, at Daytona Beach. NASCAR has multiple racing series to its credit, including the Sprint Cup Series, the Nationwide Series, and the Craftsman Truck Series.

Of all the NASCAR races on the schedule, none quite measures up to the race that his called "The Great American Race", the Daytona 500. While all the drivers ultimately are striving to win the Sprint Cup Championship, if a driver could only win one race the whole year, they would choose the Daytona 500. Previous winners include Richard Petty, Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt and Jimmie Johnson, among others. The race takes place at the famous Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL.

With the new system in place in NASCAR, every race has huge implications. If you are a fan, you have to make sure you get your NASCAR tickets as soon as you can and the best place to start your search is TicketNetwork.com.
