at Ticket Summit 2008, The World’s Largest Ticket Industry Conference

Gardiner to provide the keynote address at Ticket Summit 2008. Gardiner serves as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Ticket Summit 2008 will be held July 23-25 at The Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Event organizers expect over 800 industry professionals will attend the conference. Gardiner has an extensive background in antitrust issues and has been a trial attorney at the Antitrust Division, during which time she handled merger and anticompetitive conduct investigations. Gardiner’s expertise is primarily in the movies, ticketing, and real estate industries. Before joining the Department of Justice, she practiced antitrust law and general litigation with Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Washington, D.C. Gardiner was also a consultant with McKinsey & Company, where she focused on marketing and strategy issues.
