TicketNetwork Garners Three Prestigious Honors in Third Consecutive Year

Leading Online Ticket Exchange Is Named to the Deloitte Fast 500, Inc 5000 & Connecticut Tech Council 2010 Marcom Tech Top 40

VERNON, CT--(Marketwire - October 29, 2010) - TicketNetwork, the leading online ticket exchange for events and innovative technology solutions provider for both ticket buyers and sellers, today announced that it has been named a repeat winner in three regional and national revenue growth awards.

TicketNetwork ranked twenty-seventh on the 2010 Tri State Fast 500™, Deloitte's list of five-hundred of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and clean technology companies in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. Deloitte's rankings are based on the percentage of fiscal year revenue growth during the period from 2005-2009. TicketNetwork grew 440% percent during this timeframe.

The company was recognized with another regional honor on October 28th, in the software category of the Connecticut Technology Council's 2010 Marcom Tech Top 40 awards competition. The Tech Top 40 is an annual list of the forty fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut based on revenue growth with revenues in excess of $3 million. Companies on the list are grouped into six technology verticals: Software, IT Services, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, New Media/Internet/Telecom, and Energy/Environmental Technologies, and are evaluated on the basis of revenue growth over the last four years.

On a national level, TicketNetwork was named to the fourth annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy -- America's independent-minded entrepreneurs. Despite the economic downturn, TicketNetwork continued to expand the company at an impressive three-year growth rate of 129%.

"Our dedicated team of over two-hundred sixty employees deserves acknowledgement and credit for TicketNetwork's most recent list of accolades," said TicketNetwork CEO, Don Vaccaro. "TicketNetwork's revenue growth is largely due to the team's tremendous vision of continually looking for new ways to expand the company's corporate divisions, and implementing an aggressive approach during a challenging economy," added Vaccaro.

In the past year, the value of inventory listed on TicketNetwork.com's online exchange has increased from $1 billion to $1.54 billion. The retail exchange also tracked a marked increase in traffic with double the amount of website visitors to TicketNetwork.com from August 2009 to August 2010 (source: Compete.com).
