Chris Young released his fifth studio album, I'm Comin' Over on November 13, 2015. Featuring the singles "I'm Comin' Over" and "Think of You," the album debuted at number one on the Top Country Albums chart and at number five on the Billboard 200 chart.
Country musician Chris Young was born in Murfreesboro Tennessee on June 12, 1985. Taking an interest in music from a young age, Chris Young sang in his high school choir and put on performances at local clubs throughout college.
In 2005, Chris Young was encouraged by musician Billy Block to audition for the Nashville Star, a show similar to American Idol, except contestants were required to perform country music. Chris Young wound up winning season 4 of the popular show and was consequently awarded a record contract with RCA Records Nashville. His first single, “Drinkin’ Me Lonely” peaked at the 42nd spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. The same year, Chris Young released his debut self-titled album.
