Cirque du Soleil – Quidam Plot Summary

In 1996, Cirque du Soleil – Quidam opened in Montreal, Canada. The word "quidam" means "anonymous passerby" in Latin, and the show explores the alienation of modern city life. As Quidam points out, sometimes people are so busy that they ignore their family and become self-absorbed. But with a little imagination, Zoe, the main character of Quidam, breaks free of her dreary existence and finds magic.

Quidam is a masterpiece of classic Cirque du Soleil. Cirque du Soleil tumblers and acrobats will amaze fans as they flip in the air, build human pyramids, contort their bodies into weird poses, and dance around the stage. Popular Quidam acts include Aerial Hoops, Skipping Ropes, trapeze, and Banquine. A mix of gymnastics and ballet blend with humor from clowns, who encourage audience participation. Those with Cirque du Soleil – Quidam tickets should prepare to join the fun on stage!
