About Crue Fest

Motley Crue is a heavy metal hair band that was formed in 1981 by bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee, guitarist Mick Mars, and singer Vince Neil. Though Motley Crue underwent several lineup changes through the years, all four founding members are back with the band today. After the release of their first single, "Stick to Your Guns / Toast of the Town," Motley Crue became famous almost overnight. Though the single was a success, the band's popularity was also partially due to a string of publicity stunts they pulled on their "Cruesing Through Canada Tour '82."

Motley Crue intends Crue Fest to be around for years to come, and aspires for Crue Fest to evolve into an Ozzfest-like phenomenon.
