In some cases, tickets may not be ready to ship until a few weeks before the event. Because ticket printing and distribution are subject to the promoter or artist, your ticket seller may not have your tickets in hand yet, and so may not be able to ship the tickets immediately after your order is placed.

These sellers set their ticket prices based on current market rates, which fluctuate based on supply and demand. Because of this, prices may vary by seller, and may be above or below "face value" (the dollar amount printed on the ticket).

TicketNetwork supports the most secure methods of advance and last minute ticket distribution in the industry. This includes: FedEx delivery, Will Call pickup, and Print-at-Home electronic tickets. In either case, we offer a 125% Money Back Guarantee if:

• Your order is accepted by, but not delivered by the seller.
• Your order is accepted by, but shipped too late by the seller for the tickets to arrive in time for the event.
• You were denied entry because of the tickets or invalid tickets were provided by the seller.

Please select your tickets carefully because all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and tickets cannot be returned to the seller if you change your mind about the purchase. There are a couple exceptions to this rule:

1. 1.) You will receive a refund (minus shipping fees) if your event is cancelled and not rescheduled. (Please note: Postponed events do not qualify for a refund if the tickets are valid for the event's rescheduled date.)
2. 2.) You will receive a 125% refund on all order charges if your tickets are not delivered in time for the event, or if you are denied admission due to an issue with your tickets. (Please see our 125% Money Back Guarantee for details.)

If you do change your mind about an order or can no longer attend the event, you can list your tickets for sale on our marketplace. Keep in mind that ticket prices fluctuate with market demand, and it's up to each seller to set the price for their tickets. If demand for your tickets has gone up, you may be able to resell them for more than you paid; if demand has gone down, you may need to set the price lower than what you paid. We do not guarantee that you will be able to resell your tickets, but it's worth a shot!
