About Elf Tickets

One of today's most popular holiday classics, Elf is based on the 2003 movie of the same name that starred Will Ferrell in the role of Buddy the Elf. The stage musical made its debut on Broadway on November 2, 2010, and ran through January 2, 2011. The production reunited the creative team that worked on The Drowsy Chaperone, including writer Bob Martin, director and choreographer Casey Nicholaw.

Elf Plot Summary

Buddy the Elf has spent his whole life thinking that he is a regular elf like everyone else, until one day he discovers that he is actually a human (which explains his poor toy-making skills and height). He travels to New York City to find his birth father and discover who he really is, but first he must break through his father's tough shell, all while bringing the Christmas spirit to the Big Apple.
