Marilyn Manson is a shock rock band with a front man by the same name. In addition to Manson, the group is currently comprised of Twiggy Ramirez, Ginger Fish, Chris Vrenna, and Rob Holliday. Over the course of its 20-year existence, Marilyn had several other bass, guitar, and drum players. The band is originally from Florida, but they are currently based on the West Coast. Although they have existed since the late 80s, Marilyn Manson put out their first album in 1994. Since then, they have released five more CDs.

Marilyn Manson's style of music is hard to find anywhere else in the music business. Their sound changes from album to album and from tour to tour. Yet, the band manages to constantly sell every last seat of the venues they play in. Despite their success, Marilyn Manson is under constant scrutiny from the public for their shocking appearances, lyrics, and shows.
