The Mystery of Edwin Drood is based on Charles Dickens' unfinished novel of the same name. Rupert Holmes adapted the story into a unique musical, in which the audience votes on the murderer and chooses the ending of the story. The show first premiered on Broadway in 1985, beginning a very successful run that ended in 1987. The musical is now being revived on Broadway at Studio 54, scheduled for a limited run through February 10, 2013, so The Mystery of Edwin Drood tickets are sure to disappear quickly.
The Mystery of Edwin Drood takes place in a music hall, as members of the Theatre Royale Music Hall Company attempt to complete the story of Edwin Drood — with help from the audience in the form of voting, clapping, singing, and interacting with the characters on stage. The Dickensian dialogue will immerse audience members in a time of the past. Take part in the interactive musical with Mystery of Edwin Drood tickets.
