In 1995, choreographer Robin Antin founded the Pussycat Dolls as a burlesque dance troupe in Los Angeles. The group consists of five members: Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta, Ashley Roberts, and Melody Thornton. Famous for sexy cabaret dance and lingerie dance costumes, the Pussycat Dolls also sing pop hits such as "Bottle Pop" with Snoop Dogg, "Hush Hush," and "Wait a Minute" featuring Timbaland.
The girl group released their debut Pussycat Dolls album, PCD, in 2005. PCD singles such as "Don't Cha" with Busta Rhymes, "Stickwitu," and "Buttons" did well on the charts. They followed up with Doll Domination in 2008. In 2007, Pussycat Dolls fans watched a reality tv show called Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search For the Next Doll, and Asia Nitollano won. The second season, Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious, premiered in 2008.
