About The Last Ship Tickets

Directed by Joe Mantello (Wicked) and with a book by John Logan and Brian Yorkley, this musical is not composed by Sting, but its contents are also based on his childhood. As the first musical by Sting, The Last Ship will feature new music, which was turned into a studio album released in September 2013.

The Last Ship Plot Summary

Gideon Fletcher is faced with a life working in a local shipyard. Despite being surrounded by hardworking men and living in a close-knit community, Gideon feels trapped. This isn't the life for him... so he goes. After years of traveling the world, he's drawn back home when he hears that the local shipyard where he worked is in trouble.
