James Keogh, known to most by his stage name Vance Joy, is an Australian singer born in 1987. Growing up, Australian rules football was Vance Joy's main passion, and he played professionally with the Coburg Football Club in the Victorian Football League in 2008 and 2009.

Vance Joy emerged in the music industry in early 2013 with his debut single "From Afar" and an EP, God Loves You When You're Dancing. However, it was his second single, "Riptide," first included on the EP that led to his breakthrough. Vance Joy released his debut studio album, Dream Your Life Away in September 2014, which featured popular tracks, including "Fire and the Flood."

Vance Joy gained a further audience by touring with Young The Giant and performing at Bonnaroo and the Firefly Music Festival. In 2014, Vance Joy was invited to join Taylor Swift and serve as the opening act on her 1989 World Tour. He will continue that role through the end of Taylor Swift's circuit. In 2016, fans will have their first opportunity to buy Vance Joy tickets to see him perform on his own. That's because Vance Joy will be launching a massive solo tour that will take him to cities across North America throughout the winter and spring months. Buy your Vance Joy tickets today on!
