Electro house DJ and music producer Anton Zaslavski, better known by his stage name Zedd was born on September 2, 1989 in the Soviet Union. At a young age his family relocated to Kaiserslautern, Germany. The son of two musicians, Zaslavski learned how to play guitar and piano at age 12.
In 2002, Zaslavski joined the German band Dioramic, but it was not until 2009 that he started producing electronic music. Since then, Zaslavski has produced many remixes and original music. To date, his most popular song is “Clarity,” which appeared on his debut album, Clairty and features vocals from British singer, Foxes.
In 2015, Zaslavski released his second studio album, True Colors, which features singles, such as “I Want You to Know” and “Beautiful Now.” Later this year, Zedd will embark on the “True Colors” tour, which will make stops in major venues across the country, including Madison Square Garden in New York, NY and Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA.
