Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome Venue Comerica Park was an awesome venue to see this concert at. The skyline at night was amazing and really added to the atmosphere. The only downfall to the evening was that there were chances of storms (that never came), so to be courteous, Volbeat and Avenged Sevenfold rushed through their set so that Metallica could still play. I understand why they did this, but it was still disappointing to not get the full experience from them. Metallica absolutely KILLED it and I would definitely see them again! I will definitely be back at Comerica Park soon, whether it's for a game or a concert; it was a great time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Uplifting concert. Was very emotional night. I was inspired by the number of people who still have faith. All ages... Joels Moms story was moving as well as the guest speaker (Young girl) I liked that he had other ministers their to give blessings. My daughter and daughter in law where there. My daughter in law had never heard of or seen Joel. She was impressed on how positive the evening was. I hope Joel has a new follower. Recommended to friends this weekend to attend an event. Thanks.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bands Great, Sound So-So Volbeat and Metallica were exceptional, however, their were some glitches with the sound. One of the speakers had tremendous fuzz as though it had been blown for the last half of Volbeat's show. Volbeat could headline their own tour, by the way. For Metallica, something was amiss on Lars' snare as it had this deflated, thudding sound almost the entire evening. Especially evident on songs like Fade To Black, Unforgiven and Nothing Else Matters. Shocked the band's techs or sound guys didn't do something to adjust it mid show. We were up fairly close in GA so we could hear it well. Other than that, the show was great Metallica delivered as always. James continues to amaze me with his vocals after all these years. The all hands on drums segment during Now That We're Dead was a great thought but ended up being more of a gimmick. If they would have lashed out into something more aggressive on those drums it would have been better but it just seemed like more of a prop filled gimmick than trying to do something that would be memorable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Concert! Great seats for a great Concert! All three bands; Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold & Volbeat were fantastic. Due to threat of storm, my favorite, Avenged Sevenfold had to cut their set short so disappointed in that but overall great time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great and Loud At the beginning of the show all were invited to join the Metallica family, and at the end all were thanked, even the people in the nosebleed sections. Truly a class act and a grest kick a**rock and roll show

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good seats. Favorable price. Easy download. The ball game was great! Starting pitcher former did well. Take your bats came alive. And the closer actually held on for the win. 5 to 4 final score.
