Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Concert Odesza always has an incredible vibe when they perform live. They successfully pull the audience in and make us feel like a family. They played most of the songs I wanted to hear, and performed impeccably. My favorite moments were when the stage lights reflected off of the rocks in the midst of a great song. I would recommend seeing Odesza live to anyone who enjoys their music, and is ready for an upbeat night. Red Rocks is an especially incredible venue, especially for this genre of music, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else about it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Epic Flight Of The Conchords at THE best venue!✨ This was one of the absolute BEST shows I've been to & at the best venue! FOC are hilarious, smart, & definitely know how to work with & entertain a crowd! They are pros for sure! The venue was the best for an outdoor show. My old fav was the Gorge in WA state (still beautiful), but it just got bumped. Beautiful facility, NO honey buckets, seating is great (us shorty' always have a great view from anywhere), the setting is under open CO skies! See anything here you will not be disappointed. And make sure to catch a FOC show!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing Venue Let me preface this by saying Red Rocks has been on my bucket list for years! And when I had the chance to see one of my favorites (Alterbridge) there I jumped. From the minute we pulled up the experience was awful. We were directed to park miles from the venue then had to hike through a field up multiple hills just to get to the venue. Once finally there there was absolutely no space for us within the ampitheater. They definitely oversell this venue and we could not even see slivers of the stage. Every space was packed and every ledge. We left before Disturbed even got on stage. Would have loved to come visit this venue during the day just to see it because it was that beautiful but would have preferred to do that instead of paying over $200 for a concert I couldn't see.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from an advernture I must say our first time at Red Rocks Amphitheater will not be forgotten. The venue is amazing to say the least. The band's Cheap Trick, Joan Jett, and Heart all rocked it. Having a mother nature monsoon shower with 9000 other people not my favorite. Was it fun...absolutely!! Would I do it again...most likely!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad choice by the venue Only got to see one performance due to a down pour and Red Rock's decided to delay the show. After getting soaked and travelling out of the venue in unsafe conditions we did not wait as there was no eta on how long they would wait. Needless to say I missed most of the show.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best show ever!!! Michael Franti is an extremely loving and generous performer. His fearless approach to performing in the middle of the crowd is wonderful. If you want to have a joyful, fun-filled experience, go see Michael Franti at red rocks. Bring your kids and don't forget earplugs!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NEED2BREATH ---- breathtaking I have seen Needtobreathe at Red Rocks TWICE and will NEVER miss them at this venue. The venue speaks for itself, but this band has a passion for their music that you can literally feel in the stands. If you are a fan it is a MUST SEE. If your not a fan you WILL BE!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great show! This was my first Prophets of Rage show and I was blown away! Red Rocks has been a favorite venue over the years (even with the ridiculous pricing of food/drink) but the lighting, rocks, and outdoor venue never disappoint in showcasing the band that's playing.

About Red Rocks Amphitheatre Tickets

Founded in 1906 as Garden of the Titans, but long known as "Red Rocks," the nickname became the amphitheater's offical name when the city of Denver purchased it in 1928. Red Rocks uses the great acoustics of the surrounding rocks to amplify sounds. Three large rocks surround the seating and stage area, "Creation Rock," "Ship Rock," and "Stage Rock."

Red Rocks has long been popular with rock bands, and jam bands have visited it frequently. The Beatles were the first major rock band to perform there, in August 1964. A performance by Jethro Tull in 1971 led to a five year ban on rock acts after unruly and non-paying attendees refused to stay behind the stage and tried to re-enter the seating area, leading to tear gas spreading to paying patrons. Rock acts were back by 1976. Other bands who have performed at the venue include U2, Depeche Mode, and Widespread Panic.
