Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Spectacular I have no words to explain this amazing piece by Andrew Lloyd Webber. I was in tears for the entire show, the redesigned set is splendid and very thought through. As soon as the Christine (played by Katie Travis in the North American Tour) started singing I was hooked. I have such great words for this show, it was a standing ovation from the whole audience. I got a seat in row F, and if you don't mind not seeing their faces perfectly then I highly recommend, but if you would rather see clearer, Then maybe Row E or D. Other than that I loved the show and will for sure be seeing it when it comes around again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Show The show as an overall was spectacular. All dancers had an incredible technique, singers gave me the chills with their songs, & actors allowed me to dream through their character. Another thing I was truly amazed was the sceneries and special effects, (the boat and quick transformation of the stage) they were just fabulous. My only disappointment was the lack of ashers to ensure each guest didn't have to stress about looking for seats and asking other people to moved as they were set in the wrong spots and in the seat you paid for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrific experience! This was horrible! The show was cancelled! The cast never came out to even say hi. There was no apology from the theatre. They rushed everyone out without any explanation and shut it down. Will never go back. I'm now out $270 in tickets! This was my wife's birthday that night and she had always dreamed of seeing it live. She has been deaf almost her whole life and. NOw with cochlear implants she can hear again and this was what she wanted but her dreams were crushed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from phantom of the opera Show was great!! Singing was sometimes difficult to hear over music. We sat in row AA and had lots of kids around us who moved in their chairs a lot making sqeeking noises ( a little WD40 please!!! Also we waited for 20 min to get through the ticket check in and had to run to our seats as they were so slow at getting people in the door. Also not enough ushers to help people find their seats.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soul Awakening Performance I have been waiting for 9 years to see Phantom of the Opera! The orchestra was so moving, I could feel every note in my body. Excellent! The cast was wonderful. The singing was so precise and intense and sweet. The set was beyond beautiful. Graceful transitions. This performance was more spectacular than I could have ever imagined it to be. I absolutely loved it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic show Traveled from out of state because our grandchildren wanted to see the show. It was fantastic. I've seen Phantom 4 times and this time did not disappoint. The Smith Center is so beautiful and we sat in Box Q. We had an amazing view of the stage, but I think any seat here would be good. It's a smaller, more intimate venue than most (except Broadway) with a gorgeous Art Deco theme. The show was a terrific production and came across well in spite of the smaller stage they were working with. The sound was great and there were some exciting "shooting fire" scenes that were unexpected and spectacular. My grandchildren are 3 & 6. They were mesmerized and barely made a peep throughout the performance. They had seen the movie many times before, so I was confident they would be able to manage sitting still that long. However, I think it says a lot about the show itself being great, as it obviously, is quite different than a movie.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another excellent performance! I first saw Phantom in London and I cried! It was such an incredible experience to feel the orchestra in my chest. I took my daughter to NYC for her Sweet 16 and this was our main event....and she cried! The talent on stage, behind the scenes and the orchestra are so harmonious I cannot imagine falling in love with another show as this one! Thank you!!!
