Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great ball game Wow what a game. Wrigley Field- we sat in a baseball field where fans have sat for over 100 years. Historic site. Walk all the way around the outside and inside the stadium. A tour of history. And the game went to extra innings. Blue Jays scored two in the top of tenth and we thought the Cubs were dead. But bottom on tenth - two batters got on on third strike pass balls. Amazing. One run scores. Then a clutch single scores two more for the win. Cub fans went crazy. Friendly people. Standard baseball food. Beer, peanuts and hotdogs. We had a great time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Blue Jays off to poor start The seats were great. I found the game to be slow. It could have been due to the fact the score was low for both teams. Also 4 young ladies sat beside me with a strong perfume and my eyes ran tears down my face and I got a headache. But overall I would have to say it was a good night as it was a surprise for my son.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toronto Blue Jays vs. San Diego Padres - August 27 I really enjoyed being at the Rogers Centre in Toronto. Even though the Blue Jays lost the game, everyone played well. It was great to watch the game live! The weather was perfect and the blue jay fans were very enthusiastic. I cheered the whole game!! I would go back to the park anytime!!

About the Blue Jays

Home Stadium: Rogers Centre

Opened:1989
Seating Capacity:49,260
Address:One Blue Jays Way
Toronto, ON, CA M5V 1J3

The Toronto Blue Jays came into Major League Baseball during the 1977 season, when the league decided to expand by two teams, the Blue Jays and the Seattle Mariners. Since their inception, the Jays have played as part of the American League Eastern Division and have won the division title five times in franchise history. They are the only MLB team located in Canada, following the Montreal Expos move to Washington D.C. in 2005.

Although the Blue Jays have not had a lot of success in their history, they did have a three-year stretch as good as any team could hope for. From 1991 to 1993, the team won more than 90 games each season, winning the AL East each time. Although they lost in the American League Championship Series in 1991, losing to the eventual champion Minnesota Twins, the Jays were able to win the AL pennent in both 1992 and 1993. In each of those seasons, the team was able to bring a championship back to Toronto, most memorably when Joe Carter hit a series-ending, walk-off home run in 1993 to win the World Series.

The Blue Jays are now in the hunt for a World Series title every season. They have staked their claim as one of the best teams in the AL East, and their powerful offense can compete with any team. Purchase Toronto Blue Jays tickets for the upcoming 2017 season and you're bound to see a great game.
