About  Bert Kreischer

If you haven’t seen Bert Kreischer, 2020 is your year! The Berty Boy World Tour is hitting venues from coast to coast, and Bert Kreischer tickets are at the top of everyone’s list for some of the most hilarious entertainment available.

Meet the real-live comedian who inspired the movie National Lampoon’s Van Wilder. That’s right, in 1997 Rolling Stone dubbed Bert Kreischer “...the top partyer at the Number One Party School in the country.” A Tampa, Florida native, Kreisher was spending the sixth year of his undergraduate career at Florida State University. After FSU topped The Princeton Review’s list of top party schools that year, Rolling Stone published an article titled Bert Kreischer: The Undergraduate” that detailed Kreischer’s antics.

Kreischer, who is famous for performing shirtless, started his career in standup at Tallahassee nightclubs, until a New York City talent agent saw a recording of one of his shows. He contacted Kreischer, who moved to the city and cut his teeth while working the door at the Boston Comedy Club.

From there, Kreischer’s career began to take out. In 2009, Comedy Central produced his first comedy special: Bert Kreischer: Comfortably Dumb.

One of Kreischer’s most famous routines tells the story of how he accidentally participated in a train robbery in Russia, resulting in Russian mafia members nicknaming him “The Machine.” This became the name for his 2016 Showtime comedy special.

Kreischer also hosts a weekly comedy podcast on the All Things Comedy network called Bertcast, as well as co-hosting the Bill and Bert podcast with Bill Burr and 2 Bears 1 Cave with Tom Segura.

Bert Kreischer’s 2020 tour is coming to a venue near you, and you’ll find great seats to all Bert Kreischer shows today at Ticket Network.
