When former band members of Santana and Frumious Bandersnatch came together in 1973 to form Journey; none of them could foresee the international success they would come to obtain. These San Francisco stars have left their mark in rock history, inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017 along with icons Steve Perry, Neal Schon, Jonathan Cain & Gregg Rolie, Ross Valory, Aynsley Dunbar, and Steve Smith.
These guys are the definition of Arena rock. Their music has found its way into practically every commercial and major motion picture. Described by AllMusic as taking the reputation as “one of America’s most beloved (and sometimes hated) commercial rock/pop bands”. They catch flack for their embracement of pop arrangements, but it’s hard to hate when they create such wildly successful and catchy anthem like, Don’t Stop Believin’, Lights, Faithfully, Open Arms, Anyway You Want It, and so much more!
