About  New England Patriots

New England Patriots Tickets 2019 Season Outlook

The Patriots three division opponents will all feature second-year quarterbacks this year. When Tom Brady was selected in the 2000 NFL draft his three AFC East counterparts were all toddlers.

The offense will look a bit different after the retirement of TE Rob Gronkowski, but does anyone doubt that Bill Belichick and Tom Brady will find ways to score without him?

First-round pick WR N’Keal Harry will get an opportunity to make plays and if WR Josh Gordon is reinstated by the NFL then Tom Brady could have his most productive WR group since the Randy Moss days.

Don’t be surprised if the Patriots to win their 11th straight AFC East Championship and make a run to their fourth consecutive Super Bowl appearance. The defending champions defeated the Los Angeles Rams 13-3 in Super Bowl LIII.

History of the New England Patriots

Founded in 1960, the Patriots are a charter member of the American Football League when they were known as the Boston Patriots. By 1971, they changed their name to represent the entire Northeast region and have been known as the New England Patriots ever since. While the team had two appearances in the Super Bowl through 2000, it wasn't until 2001 that the Patriots changed their reputation around the NFL and became one of the most storied teams in league history. Over the next four years, the Patriots captured three Super Bowl championships, becoming the last "dynasty" in the National Football League. The team has continued its winning ways ever since, and each year they have been anchored by two individuals, head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady. Belichick is the all-time winningest coach in team history and has been widely regarded as the best coach in the NFL. Like many other great coaches before him, though, Belichick has had the benefit of coaching great players and the best of those is without question quarterback Tom Brady.
